How to remove inactive subscribers

GDPR regulations state that consent can be withdrawn passively. This means that subscribers who do not open your emails may have removed their consent. To ensure you do not continue to mail these inactive subscribers, you should remove them regularly. 

To remove inactive subscribers:

Log in.

Navigate to your list.

Click "Move / Transfer" in the bottom of the Subscriber Management Tile. 

Under 2. select the second Delete

Choose Inactive and select a date 3 months or more in the past. Optional: You can use the Count tool to get an idea of how many people will be removed by this operation.

Click Review

Click Start

Click Continue to do something else while you wait for the process to complete.
