Why did my mailing not go out?

There may be several reasons a mailing did not go out when you expected.  A common issue is the schedule of the mailing is incorrect.  The following link provides steps to find and update your mailing schedule:

Your account may have been suspended because a trial period expired. If you were on a paid account but payment failed your ad-funded grace period expired and mailings have been suspended.  You can find steps to update your payment information or upgrade your account at the following link:
