How do I edit my funnel options?

Sometimes it is necessary to edit your existing funnels. In order to do so, click on your funnel from the Account Dashboard. On the next page, click on the gray “Edit Articles and Sequencing” button. 

This will take you to the Funnel Sequence Editor. This page is where you can add or remove articles, change the delivery schedule, etc. 

Each article that is active in the funnel will appear under Published Entries and any articles that are in draft mode will be lower on the page under draft entries. It is important to note that articles can be moved between Published and Draft at any time, but a subscriber partway through the series will not receive articles published in the sequence to a point prior to their current status.

To edit an article, whether it is in draft or published mode, first you must click on the envelope icon. This will bring up a dialogue box that allows you to change the template of the article. To edit the copy of the article, you must click “Click to edit the email”. Clicking this will bring up the text editor. From here you may edit the copy, add images and links. You may also tag the article and set the mailing delay. In order for any changes made on this screen to take effect, you must click Save Article.

IMPORTANT: Once a subscriber has finished the funnel, they will not receive any further messages from it, even if you add content to the end of the sequence.

If you are planning a multi-step funnel, you should plan and craft all of the articles and content up front before taking the funnel live to ensure the best results.
