I have a subscriber that is receiving duplicate emails. Our blog, Grains of Knowledge is sending the duplicate email to email@example.com. I have gone through the subscribers list and I see the address listed only once. He did not register under duplicate emails.

If a subscriber is receiving multiple copies of the same email, there may be a connection problem somewhere in their email delivery or downloading process.
There may be a failure of confirmation that the email was already delivered. This seems to be a common problem in Outlook.
The subscriber's subscription is fine and there are not any errors in your newsletter schedule.
