Note:
You'll be working with a Classic Form and not a SmartForm for this process.
Please have one tab open for your website's dashboard and one in FeedBlitz. To get started, you'll need to disable a feature from your list dashboard.
Begin by going to Settings > List Settings
Scroll down to and expand Advanced Settings.
Click edit compliance text here:
In the pop-up delete the existing text and save.
Once this is complete, return to you list dashboard and choose Forms > Forms:
In the upper right select Classic Form.
Scroll below your form and deselect all of the custom fields that have checkboxes.
Switch to the tab with your site's dashboard and navigate to your Genesis eNewsletter plugin.
Paste the following URL into the Form Action text box: https://app.feedblitz.com/f/f.Fbz?AddNewUserDirect
In the text box Email Field type: EMAIL
Switching back to your FeedBlitz Classic Form, copy and paste the following section of the form code into the Hidden Fields section of your Genesis eNews Plugin:

Be sure to copy the code from your account and not from this tutorial. In your form editor, it will look like the screenshot below and will have the correct values for your list and publisher ID.:
