Unless we have a separate contractual agreement, use of the FeedBlitz service is covered by our standard terms of service (sometimes called a "clickwrap") agreement. No explicit consent is required to agree to our standard terms of service; they immediately apply by default unless we have a separate agreement with you.

In addition, FeedBlitz complies (and helps you comply) with various laws and regulations affecting use of personal information (which typically includes, but is not limited to, a subscriber's email address). Applicable laws include, but are not limited to: GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL and CCPA. If you have questions about specific regulations in jurisdictions you are mailing to, please contact support.
Further, use of some FeedBlitz capabilities (such as subscriber import and our APIs) may have further restrictions applied. You will be made aware of these terms and conditions when you use them.
