If you're not using FeedBlitz for email delivery, but email is included in your plan level, you can easily switch to one of our RSS Only Plans to service your RSS feeds.
Please note that RSS only plans only include RSS feeds. No emails are sent by the RSS only plans.
To switch plans, begin by deleting any mailing lists in your account. Do this by selecting Subscribers > Lists from your left-hand menu:
And select Delete from the dashboard drop-down next to your mailing list.
Once the lists have been deleted. Navigate to your Welcome drop-down menu and select All Account Settings.
In the My Account tile, select Payment Method and Upgrades.
On the following page, click Cancel Upgrade.
For our records, we ask that you let us know your reason for cancelling in Step 1. With this purpose, you can select Other and continue.
Select Submit Survey & Continue to be taken to Step 2 to confirm your upgrade cancellation.
Once confirmed, you will see a success message appear as noted below.
After completing the upgrade cancellation, return to your Home page from the Left-hand menu and choose Start Now.
This will take you to the next step of re-entering your billing information and selecting your preferred RSS only plan: RSS Core or Procaster.
