You can easily pause any mailing list from the list dashboard to halt mailings from being sent to subscribers on this list.
Please Note:
Pausing a mailing list will not pause any associated subscription forms. All forms will remain live and active unless removed from your site.To pause a mailing list, navigate to the list's dashboard and scroll to the Recently Sent and Scheduled Mailing section. Here you will find the option to click a Pause Mailings button:
And that's it. One click and your list will be paused. When you're ready to restart the mailings for the list, navigate back to the list's dashboard and click the Restart button at the top of the dashboard.
