To switch your account from monthly billing to an annual plan, you'll first need to cancel your current upgrade and then re-establish your account under the annual plan.
Working through this process will not change any of your mailing settings, email templates or subscriber accounts.
Begin by logging into your account, then navigate to your Welcome drop-down menu and select All Account Settings.
In the My Account tile, select Payment Method and Upgrades.
On the following page, click Cancel Upgrade.
For our records, we ask that you let us know your reason for cancelling in Step 1. With this purpose, you can select Other and continue.
Select Submit Survey & Continue to be taken to Step 2 to confirm your upgrade cancellation.
Once confirmed, you will see a success message appear as noted below.
After completing the upgrade cancellation, return to your Home page from the Left-hand menu and choose Start Now.
This will take you to the next step of re-entering your billing information and selecting an Annual billing cycle as shown below.
Once you have entered your information, hit Review Order and Confirm your Order, your account will be back up and running and on an Annual billing plan.
