The best way to ensure consistent delivery is to add FeedBlitz to your safelist.
Depending on your email setup you may need to update more than one safe list. No matter where you update your list of allowed senders, the sending address to approve is always:
For consumers using retail ISPs (Internet Service Providers)
You should add The FeedBlitz email address at your ISP's safe list function, so that mail is always forwarded to your inbox. Different ISPs have different ways to add addresses to their safelists, you may need to look at their Custom Support or FAQs to learn how.
If you always check your email using a browser: Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc. that will be all you need to do.
If you check your mail with an application (app) like Outlook, WindowsLive, Apple Mail, etc. you will need to add [email protected] there, as well. Again, instructions vary by application.
For organizations running their own email servers
Please ensure that you safe list [email protected] in your spam filters. Subscriber mailings from FeedBlitz will always identify us as the PRA (purported responsible authority) via the SMTP sender header. In addition, valid bulk subscriber mailings from FeedBlitz will only come from hosts identified in our SPF records, and will ALSO be authenticated using DKIM. Mail which purports to come from the mail.feedblitz.domain but fails SPF or DKIM authentication should be rejected.
