FeedBlitz

How to Remove via FeedBlitz on behalf of [email protected] From Your Mailings

Authenticating your domain with FeedBlitz will remove via or on behalf of FeedBlitz or [email protected] in most instances. Please be aware that some email clients, like Outlook will show this information even after you have DKIM set up. This is not something we at FeedBlitz can prevent.

If you are looking at a client other than Outlook, it is time to investigate and ensure your authentication is up to date.

FeedBlitz will deliver emails sent without authentication set up. However, we will replace a sending address that cannot be accepted with our sending address to ensure the email will get to the subscribers.

Your first step as a FeedBlitz client is to ensure you are logged in and then visit FeedBlitz's Email Authentication Tool.

Enter your domain into the tool to check for authentication issues with your domain.

In the example below, Home-ec101.com set up SPF but did not set up DKIM or DMARC.

In this example, the account owner needed to set up a DKIM profile and create a minimal DMARC record to ensure they were keeping up with current best practices.

In this screenshot, the Home-ec101.com domain is getting closer but still has not finished its authentication setup.

They need to visit the DKIM Authentication Tab in their account and ACTIVATE their selector.

Once they have switched their DKIM selector profile from Inactive to Active, subscribers will no longer see "via" or "on behalf of" in most email clients.

Outlook is the exception.

This is a successful test for a domain using FeedBlitz to send emails.

If your test looks like this and you still see it via FeedBlitz in clients other than Outlook, please contact our Support team for help.
