In addition to FeedBlitz's Terms of Service, all FeedBlitz users must adhere to the following Subscriber Import Terms of Service.
SPAMMING OF ANY KIND IS NOT AND WILL NOT BE TOLERATE AT FEEDBLITZ.
Confirmed abuse of this feature and the FeedBlitz service will result in the immediate termination of your service without refund.
Do not use this facility to send readers unsolicited email about your content. It is ONLY to be used to transfer readers from a different mailing system to FeedBlitz. These readers MUST have opted in or otherwise unambiguously requested emails from you. Do NOT use this facility to "invite" people - your account will be revoked.
You should be able to furnish proof of a user's current subscription request. If you are unsure about proof or your readers' requests, do not import them now. Contact FeedBlitz support for advice if necessary.
No bought, purchased or rented lists. Bought lists are spam, no exceptions. You may only import addresses who have granted permission directly to you. A third party cannot grant permission to you on their behalf.
Sending unsolicited emails to users is SPAMMING and potentially ILLEGAL in your jurisdiction. It also violates FeedBlitz's terms of service which will result in your account being terminated, no refunds.
