How To Resend an Email to a Single Subscriber

Once in a while you'll have a subscriber that deleted or missed an important email. FeedBlitz allows you to easily resend any email to a single subscriber of that list.

First search for your subscriber using the left-hand menu, Subscriber > Search.

Enter the email address of the subscriber and hit Search:

Next, look for the list you want to work with and click the date in the Joined column. This will give you all the information on the subscriber's interaction for that list. We'll use the list titled FeedBlitz for this example.

Scroll to Review Engagement History and Resend. This section automatically shows all emails the subscriber opened or clicked. Click Show All Sent to see all the emails that have been sent to this mailing list: 

Click the paper airplane icon to the right of the mailing you want to resend to your subscriber:

Then you'll choose either the check mark to confirm the resend of the X to cancel the resend:

Once the email is resent, the status next to the email will update:
