How to Create and Save a New Email Template

Whether you’re working on your current email template or experimenting with something completely new, you can save your work as a completely separate, new template.

While working in the Visual Mailing Editor, saving your work as a new, separate template happens through the navigation menu at the bottom of your screen.

In this menu, select Save As:

If you're unfamiliar with the editor, take a few minutes to watch this introductory video which walks you through the basics: Exploring the Visual Mailing Editor

A pop-up will appear with your saving options. 

Here, you can change the name of your template, then choose Save copy to: Your Template Library

This will create a brand new version of the template, separate from the original, which can then be edited further or used for future mailings. 

You can create unlimited templates through this process and find them all stored in your template library.
