Email Keeps Going to Spam in Outlook

Outlook is routing emails to junk. Is there a filter I can set up to override this? I don't want my emails to go to spam or the junk folder.

When an email is found in the junk folder of Outlook, open it, then click the three dots in the upper right corner. Choose Add to safe senders.

A pop-up will appear; choose Never Reject and confirm your choice.

Please note:

If you use Outlook on a Microsoft Exchange Server, you will not have access to the Safe Sender Option.

You will need to contact your IT department to learn how to add the email to the Safe Sender List.
