What if you could send an email to your subscriber at exactly the right time? What is exactly the right time? When they are in their inbox, of course.
With Inbox Activity Detection you harness the power of the network of FeedBlitz publishers to determine when your subscriber is reading emails and automatically trigger an email to your subscriber, to land at the very top of their inbox at precisely the right moment.
Here's how to do it.
Start by creating a funnel, this funnel should include the email that you want to arrive in your subscriber's inbox. Ensure that there is no delay on the first entry.
Navigate to your list's dashboard and click Automation > Network Inbox Triggers.
This will take you to a new screen. Here, you will select what will happen when one your list's subscribers opens any FeedBlitz email. In this case, we want them to be subscribed to the funnel you just created.
On the next screen you will have the option to choose whether an action is taken when a subscriber opens or clicks on a FeedBlitz network email. This means that your subscriber will be added to the funnel you created when your subscriber opens or clicks any email sent by any FeedBlitz publisher.
Something to Keep in Mind as You Choose Your Triggers
Opens may be unreliable for valid privacy reasons (Apple MPP) and image caching (Google). While we attempt to ensure that all opens that trigger network events are human-initiated, we cannot guarantee that's the case. Clicks, however, are very reliable, so if you're testing this out at first, start there.
Choose whether you want to trigger the funnel when a subscriber opens a FeedBlitz email or if they click on any FeedBlitz email. Then click Save Changes. In the screenshot below, both options are shown for demonstration purposes.
To Prevent Email Overwhelm
Subscribers cannot be readded to funnels multiple times within a 24-hour period.
